Terms & Conditions when registering for the Asite Network

1. Asite Network deliverables

1 .1 Payment of your membership is either by standing order or by invoice payable strictly by 30 days from the date the invoice is issued. Asite will provide your specified ‘key contact’ and ‘chief administrator’ with an email acknowledging your membership complete with a log-in and user-guide for your enhanced Asite Directory entry. 

1.2 If payment is not received in this time, Asite reserves the right to put your membership on hold and suspend your company log-in Ids. 

1.3 Your membership is for a year. Notice of the renewal of your subscription will be given 30 days in advance of the end of your membership.

1.4 To ensure that we can provide you with the full benefits of the Asite Network, you need to make sure that you provide us with the latest contacts within your organisation. Where there are any changes, please email marketing@asite.com.

1.5 Membership of the Asite Network provides your company with 2 tickets for each quarterly membership event.

2. Responsibilities of content providers for the Asite Directory

2.1 All content offered for publication in the Asite Directory must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority and the requirements of current legislation.

2.2 Content submitted for publishing on the Asite Directory is accepted for publication, or not, at the publisher's discretion. When deemed necessary all copy may be edited and classified at the publisher's discretion, without notification.

3. Disclaimer of representations through the Asite Directory

3.1 All material contained in the Asite Directory is published in good faith, but it is emphasised that the publishers do not in any circumstances accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any advertisement or message published. Nor is any kind of warranty, fitness of merchantability or purpose expressed or implied by such publication.

3.2 The publishers specifically disclaim all and any liability to paying customers, users and visitors due to any kind of loss or damage of any nature whatsoever and however arising, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause, and whether on the part of the publishers of Asite, or their employees or contracted third parties.

3.3 Neither Asite for its employees or contracted third parties make any promise as to the service provided by Asite.com being uninterrupted.

4. Changes to terms and conditions

We may change these conditions at any time without any notice to you. The latest terms and conditions will be published on asite.com.
